What to do if you have Bali Belly
Symptoms start
Loose or watery stools, stomach cramps, nausea, sometimes mild fever โ usually within hours to a few days of eating or drinking something new.

Self-care at home
A few loose stools, mild cramping, no fever, still able to keep fluids down.
- Drink oral rehydration solution or coconut water
- Eat bland foods (rice, banana, toast) as tolerated
- Rest and avoid alcohol, caffeine & dairy
- Monitor for 24 hours โ message us if it doesn't improve
See a doctor promptly
Diarrhea lasting more than 24 hours, repeated vomiting, fever, or you're unable to keep fluids down.

- Rehydration fluids, and antibiotics if clinically indicated
